During our initial rollout we approve new organizations before setup - you wait signed in, and the app lets you in the moment we do. Once approved, the first eligible user from your organization becomes its administrator. Your Microsoft administrator may need to approve the app once, and an Azure owner assigns permissions on the Service Bus namespaces you choose. Thirty days free, no credit card.
